This module allows different departments to work together by allowing classes scheduled by one department to be accessible to other departments. They can even enroll employees in scheduled events and classes from different departments.
The Training Module also allows events such as safety meetings to be tracked by the system. This module also keeps tracks of resources to avoid conflicts, allowing for easy scheduling of employees and record keeping of all events in one location.
The Scheduling Module allows users to keep track of an agency wide schedule without relying on an excel spreadsheet or paper calendar. This module allows users to make sure all shifts are covered, keeps track of requested holidays, and reminds users about upcoming classes. Users can also record employee work status to ensure that anyone who has had a change of status is properly reflected in the schedule.
